As there is no specific time & direction (Dik Kaal Niyamo Naasti), one can worship Devi any time having bath or without bath and also after eating one's meal (Sarvada Poojayeta Devi Asnaatvaa KritBhojanam).

But in beginning one has to purify his inner soul (Antar Aatma) by following under mentioned rules :

  • To make life according to kulaashtak , one must live the rules of Kulaashtaka every moment of his life.
  • Both, Chaturdashi (the fourteenth) and Ashtami (the eighth) of every month of Indian calendar, one have to perform fast or can take fruits and mediate on Tantrik Scripts and worship Bhagavati (Goddess) for Tri-kaal (three times i.e. Morning, Mid Day and Evening).
  • Any deed you perform, should devote it to your teacher (the Guru) and Bhagawati (Goddess) without any prejudice.
  • Every month , disciples (Shishyas) have to gather and should preach on a topic and discuss its all aspects resulting a aspect to which everyone agree and serve in betterment of mankind.
  • Monthly meeting should start with bhajan &kirtan ,teacher's remembrance (Guru - Smarana) and worship of Ishta (Bhagwati) which should be a minimum of 30 minutes ,that provokes the inner energy. Meeting must end with bhajan-kirtan.
  • Individually, one should start his daily routine by rememberance of his Gurudev and should end the day before going to bed in the same manner. If one can start his day between 3.00am to 5:00 am, then it would be best. Sick persons can avoid taking bath. While dhyaana & japa, one should mediate on his center (Naabhikula) which is the energy of Paraashakti and get a deep essence of her. As soons as one comes out from Dhyana ,he must chant Shivoham, Bhairavoham, Gurupadaratoham and then attend his daily routine work. Once a year one must visit pilgrimage and celebrate the Guru Parva (Gurupurnima).
